Eligibility Requirements
- A psychiatric diagnosis that meets the priority population definition, as determined by the Behavioral Health Authority.
- Referrals completed by a licensed mental health clinician.
- Actively participating in mental health treatment
- Diagnosed with a behavioral health issue
- Willing to participate in PRP services
- A Medical Assistance recipient
